Cece & Elly Ltd. was created by Ellice O'Brien. The 27-year-old owns and operates the company. From a young age, Ellice always knew she was meant to do something unique and different. That passion and drive are what lead her into modelling and now founding Cece & Elly Ltd.

Growing up Ellice and her sister Siendra (Cece) would always dress up, even if it was to the park every outing was a potential fashion show! Their love for fashion is what lead her to create this brand. Cece is Siendra's nickname, and Elly is Ellice's nickname.

Cece & Elly Ltd. is for every fashion-forward female. We want every woman to feel sexy, beautiful, and empowered when wearing Cece & Elly; all while not having to break the bank to purchase that perfect outfit(s).
